USES: This medication is a pain reliever and sedative. It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and tension headaches.
HOW TO USE: To prevent upset stomach, take this medication with food or milk. Pain medications work best in preventing pain before it occurs. Once the pain becomes intense, the medication is not as effective in relieving it. Take this as prescribed. Do not increase your dose or take it more frequently without your doctor`s approval.
SIDE EFFECTS: May cause lightheadedness, dizziness, drowsiness, stomach upset, nausea, and sleeping disturbances the first few days as your body adjusts to the medication.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of serious liver disease, alcohol or narcotic dependence, emotional mental conditions, heart disease (arrhythmias, recent MI), stomach intestinal ulcers, any allergies. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. Daily use of alcohol, especially when combined with acetaminophen, may increase your risk for liver damage. Check with your doctor or pharmacist for more information. . This medication should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Small amounts of this medication appear in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Simvastatin is used along with a proper diet to help lower "bad" cholesterol and fats (such as LDL, triglycerides) and raise "good" cholesterol (HDL) in the blood. It works by reducing the amount of cholesterol made by the liver. Lowering "bad" cholesterol and triglycerides and raising "good" cholesterol decreases the risk of heart disease and helps prevent strokes and heart attacks. Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually once daily in the evening. If you are using the tablet form of this medication, you may take this medication with or without food. The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, age, and other medications you may be taking. Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products). The usual maximum dose for this medication is 40 milligrams a day. If you have been instructed by your doctor to take more than 40 milligrams, continue on that same dose. However, promptly talk with him or her about the risks and benefits of your higher dose. Do not increase your dose or take this medication more often than prescribed. Your condition will not improve any faster, and the risk of serious side effects may be increased.

USES: OZEMPIC is manufactured and only prescribed for treating type 2 diabetes. However, in some cases, doctors may prescribe this drug off label for weight management. Off label drug use means prescribing a drug for a purpose other than what it’s been approved for by the FDA.
RECOMMENDED
DOSAGE:: Initiate OZEMPIC with a dosage of 0.25 mg injected subcutaneously once weekly for 4 weeks. The 0.25 mg dosage is intended for treatment initiation and is not effective for glycemic control. After 4 weeks on the 0.25 mg dosage, increase the dosage to 0.5 mg once weekly. If additional glycemic control is needed after at least 4 weeks on the 0.5 mg dosage, the dosage may be increased to 1 mg once weekly. If additional glycemic control is needed after at least 4 weeks on the 1 mg dosage, the dosage may be increased to 2 mg once weekly. The maximum recommended dosage is 2 mg once weekly. The day of weekly administration can be changed if necessary as long as the time between two doses is at least 2 days (greater than 48 hours).If a dose is missed, administer OZEMPIC as soon as possible within 5 days after the missed dose. If more than 5 days have passed, skip the missed dose and administer the next dose on the regularly scheduled day. In each case, patients can then resume their regular once weekly dosing schedule.

Unopened Ozempic pens should be stored in the refrigerator, ensuring they last until their expiration date. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems.
SIDE EFFECTS: Dizziness, tiredness, or daytime drowsiness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly. Tell your doctor right away if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur decreased sexual desire, missed menstrual periods, nipple discharge, difficulty becoming pregnant.

Possible interactions include aluminum, chemotherapy, protease inhibitors, statins and niacin, Warfarin and estrogen.

The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. Take this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time(s) each day as directed. Follow your dosing schedule carefully. Do not increase your dose or take this medication more often or for a longer time than directed. Before taking this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it or if you have any other allergies.
